1. Who handles your data
Games and services operate under the Novalink brand. The service operator is Individual Entrepreneur Shumkov D.V., Kokshetau, Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact for personal data enquiries: novalink.games@gmail.com.
This is the general policy for Novalink games, applications, launchers and websites, including BLOCKADE, Dead City Zombie Shooter, blockade3d.com and novalink.games. Product-specific notices, where provided, clarify processing in that product. The Xsolla-powered shop, Steam, VK Play, social platforms and Discord determine data processing within their own services. Their notices apply in addition to this policy.
2. When you visit the website
This section describes the blockade3d.com information website. No registration is required to read it. Images, fonts and video are served locally. The current website does not include third-party advertising pixels, analytics trackers or embedded social widgets. External platforms and the shop are opened when you follow a link.
The web server receives your IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and technical response details. These may be recorded in server logs to operate, troubleshoot and protect the website. Visiting the website does not give us access to files on your device.
The website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies or save form fields in localStorage. This describes the new information website; game sign-in and external platforms may use their own cookies. If optional tracking is added, relevant information and any required choice will be provided before it is enabled.
3. When you contact us
The contact form sends your email address, optional name or nickname, topic, message, language and record of consent for handling the enquiry. You may include your game ID and platform where needed for support.
We use this information to investigate your question and reply. Contact consent is not a marketing subscription. You may withdraw it at novalink.games@gmail.com; if no other lawful basis permits continued processing, we may be unable to continue handling the enquiry.
Messages are sent through the Novalink mail server to novalink.games@gmail.com. Google also processes correspondence as the mailbox provider. The form does not accept attachments; these can be emailed if needed. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or health information.
To protect the form, its application temporarily counts sending attempts. A salted hash of the IP address and a counter are held in memory for a 15-minute sending limit window, without message contents. Expired records are cleared on the next request or application restart. Separate web server logs are described above.
4. Data in the game and launcher
The data involved depends on the game version, platform and features you use. Accounts, matches, progression and support may involve:
- Game and platform identifiers, nickname and profile information provided by the chosen sign-in platform.
- Progression, match statistics, inventory, virtual currency, clans, rankings and gameplay actions.
- In-game chat, reports and information you give support. Nicknames, rankings, clans and public messages may be visible to other players.
- Client and device information, IP address, network details, error logs and information needed to detect violations. Under the game rules, anti-cheat may process device identifiers and information about game-related processes.
- Order identifiers, amounts, payment status and delivered items reported by a platform or merchant. Full payment credentials are entered with the payment provider, not in this website’s form.
5. Advertising across games
BLOCKADE currently uses advertising in its browser version on VKontakte. The mobile game Dead City Zombie Shooter uses ad mediation: an integrator selects ads from multiple networks. Recipients depend on the product, version, region and user choices. This does not mean the blockade3d.com information website contains advertising.
In ad-supported game versions, a platform or advertising SDK may receive the device advertising identifier (such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID), IP address, device and app details, approximate region, impressions, clicks and events needed for install attribution, measurement and fraud prevention.
Personalisation and sharing with independent ad partners require an applicable lawful ground and separate consent where required. Opting out of personalisation does not necessarily remove all advertising: non-personalised ads may remain.
Use available game or platform privacy controls and device settings for advertising identifiers and tracking. You can withdraw consent or contact Novalink with the game name and platform. Requests to opt out of sale/sharing for cross-context advertising are considered where the relevant right applies.
6. Purposes and lawful grounds
We process information only to the extent needed for a specific purpose. The applicable ground depends on your country and the context. Where the law requires consent, it must be requested separately; merely visiting the website is not consent to advertising or unrestricted data use.
- Providing the game and performing the service agreement: sign-in, matches, saving progress and servicing purchased content.
- Handling enquiries: your consent and, for existing accounts or purchases, performance of an agreement or a legal obligation where that ground is available.
- Security, troubleshooting, fraud and cheat prevention: applicable lawful grounds, including legitimate interests where recognised by law, taking account of your rights.
- Meeting legal obligations, handling claims and protecting legal rights.
7. Who may receive information
Access is limited to those who need it for the stated task: support and administrative staff, hosting and email providers, and platforms or payment services when carrying out related operations. The information shared should be proportionate to the purpose.
The external shop at blockadestore.novalink.games uses Xsolla. Payment terms, merchant details and payment privacy documents are available in the shop and at checkout. Steam, VK Play, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, My World and Discord apply their own terms when you use their features.
Disclosure to authorities may occur on a lawful request. If the business is transferred, processing must remain consistent with the stated purposes and applicable law.
8. Advertising partner directory
The following is a general reference directory for possible integrations across Novalink games. It is not a list of companies already receiving every user’s data. Listing a company does not mean its SDK is active in a particular game and does not constitute your consent to sharing.
Check the product’s privacy settings, its mediation provider or Novalink support for the actual partners in your version. Information and required permissions must be updated before adding a new recipient. Some former brand names are retained for reference; a link may lead to the current owner’s policy.
9. Processing locations
Novalink is based in Kazakhstan. Current game servers and the game account database are located in Russia. Account information for users signing in through the launcher is also stored on the Xsolla platform. This infrastructure description does not mean all information stays in one country: email, platform and payment providers may process it elsewhere.
Expansion to cloud game servers in Europe and the Americas is planned. A plan does not mean your data has already been moved there. Before changing processing, recipients, countries, localisation obligations and a lawful transfer basis must be identified, with separate consent or other legally required safeguards where necessary.
You can request information about locations and recipients relevant to your account or enquiry by email. This policy does not replace mandatory data storage or transfer requirements.
10. How long information is kept
Account and progression information is kept while needed to maintain the account and provide the game. Correspondence is kept as needed to resolve enquiries and related claims. Technical logs are retained to the extent and for the time needed for troubleshooting, security and incident investigation.
Payments, claims and legal obligations may require separate statutory retention periods. An erasure request does not remove those obligations; we will explain what is still needed and why.
When the purpose is fulfilled, information is deleted or anonymised unless another lawful ground requires retention. Removal from backups follows their replacement cycle; backups should not be used for new purposes. You may request the period or criteria applicable to a category of your information.
11. Your rights and requests
Email novalink.games@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data”. Include the platform and game ID for account-related requests. Do not send your password. We may request proportionate evidence of your connection to the account to avoid disclosing someone else’s information.
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing and a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent and receive information in a portable format where that right applies.
Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines, with an explanation of any refusal or further verification needed. You may complain to the competent data protection authority and seek judicial remedies. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully performed before withdrawal.
12. Security and violation reviews
Access controls, protected connections and technical measures against abuse help secure the service. Absolute security of transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed.
Anti-cheat and server analysis may detect suspicious activity and impose automated restrictions under the game rules. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact support with your game ID and circumstances to request a review. We do not promise to disclose ways to circumvent protection or other users’ data.
Users and competent authorities are notified of personal data incidents where and as required by applicable law.
13. User age
The minimum age for the game is 13. Minors, or users for whom local law requires a legal representative, need that representative’s consent and involvement in obtaining required permissions. A platform age rating does not replace these conditions.
If a child under 13 has provided data or created an account, their legal representative can contact novalink.games@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps concerning access and information.
14. Policy updates
The current version is available on this page. Material changes to purposes, recipients or processing are communicated in an appropriate way. Where new consent is required, publishing an update alone does not obtain it.
For privacy and processing questions, contact novalink.games@gmail.com. The Russian and English versions are intended to describe the same conditions. Please report any discrepancy.
