1. The service and provider
BLOCKADE is provided under the Novalink brand by Individual Entrepreneur Shumkov D.V., Kokshetau, Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: novalink.games@gmail.com. These terms cover the game, its launcher and blockade3d.com insofar as they are provided by Novalink.
When playing through Steam, VK Play or social platforms, the relevant platform’s terms also apply. External shop payments are subject to the terms of the merchant identified at checkout. These terms do not replace those agreements.
2. Age and acceptance
You must be at least 13 to use the game. Minors and anyone unable to enter this agreement independently need their legal representative’s involvement and consent to the extent required by applicable law.
Read these terms, the game rules and privacy policy before registering, installing or using the game. If you disagree, do not continue using the game. Merely reading the website does not give consent to optional data processing.
3. Permission to use the game
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal right to use the game for non-commercial entertainment. The game and its materials are licensed for use, not transferred into your ownership. Rights in code, graphics, sound, branding and other materials remain with their respective owners.
Distributing modified clients, circumventing protection, extracting non-public information or using materials outside the permitted scope is prohibited, except where expressly allowed by applicable law or written permission from the rights holder.
4. Accounts and access
Keep sign-in details confidential and report suspected unauthorised access. Account transfers, sales and sharing are prohibited by the game rules. Account recovery may require proof of your connection to the account.
Sign-in and availability depend on your chosen platform. Shared progress, purchase transfers and account linking across platforms are not guaranteed unless a feature is specifically announced. The information website currently has no separate registration system.
5. Fair play and communication
Do not use cheats, automation, vulnerabilities or match manipulation. Fraud, threats, harassment, discrimination, disclosure of others’ personal information and unlawful material are prohibited.
The game rules describe detailed requirements and moderation measures. They apply alongside these terms and do not override mandatory legal rights. Report bugs and suspected violations to support.
6. Purchases and virtual items
Basic access to the game is free. Additional items and currency are optional purchases through available official channels. Before paying, check your game ID, platform, pack contents, price, payment currency and delivery conditions.
Virtual items provide permission to use the corresponding content within the game. They are not money, deposits or promises of income, and cannot be exchanged for real money unless expressly supported by the service and law. Unofficial trading and transfers are prohibited.
Prices, selection and game balance may change. Changes do not remove mandatory rights that have already arisen. Enter payment information only with the relevant merchant or provider; do not send card credentials to Novalink support.
7. Payment problems and refunds
If a payment succeeds but items are missing, include your game ID, platform, date and order number when contacting support. Do not include full card numbers or security codes.
Refunds and cancellations are handled by the merchant identified on your receipt or at checkout, under its procedures and applicable law. Contact Xsolla for Xsolla purchases and the relevant platform for platform purchases. Novalink assists with checking in-game delivery.
These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove rights for defective, undelivered or misdescribed content. Where immediate digital supply requires separate consent and acknowledgement of losing a withdrawal right, these must be obtained at purchase; reading these terms does not automatically provide them.
8. Player contributions
You must have the necessary rights to messages, maps and other contributions shared through supported game features, without infringing others’ rights. You retain copyright in your original contribution.
You permit Novalink to store, reproduce, technically adapt and display that contribution as needed to operate the chosen feature, moderate it and make it available to players. This is not a transfer of all rights for unrestricted future purposes.
Contact us about removal or copyright concerns, identifying the material, link or location in the game, grounds for your request and contact details. Public copies held by others may be outside Novalink’s control.
9. Restrictions and reviews
Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, temporary or permanent suspensions and other measures described in the rules. Temporary restrictions may be used for security or investigations.
If you believe a measure is mistaken, contact support with your game ID, platform and circumstances. A decision can be reviewed without disclosing others’ data or technical ways to circumvent protection. Moderation provisions apply only to the extent allowed by law.
Ending access does not remove mandatory obligations concerning refunds, personal data or claims.
10. Updates and availability
The game evolves: modes, item characteristics and system requirements may change. Updates may be required to continue playing. Check your chosen platform’s page for the requirements of that version.
Uninterrupted, error-free operation is not guaranteed: maintenance, connection failures and external platform problems may occur. Material planned changes or discontinuation are communicated through available channels where possible and legally required.
Mandatory digital content guarantees and consumer rights remain intact. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Please first contact novalink.games@gmail.com with a description and relevant information so we can consider the issue. Contacting support does not prevent other remedies.
Relations with Novalink are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, preserving mandatory consumer and data protection provisions applicable to you. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require you to waive available judicial remedies or submit to compulsory individual arbitration.
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted. Neither these terms nor the game rules override mandatory law.
12. Changes and contact details
The current version is published here with an update date. Material changes are communicated appropriately. Where separate consent or another action is required to change terms, publication alone does not replace it.
